Fall is here, days get shorter, temperatures are getting colder and premiere season is on. ESCAPE’s debut took place at the Wunderbar in Zurich a few days ago and the two teasers looked very promising, so we sent Kuno Egli to Zurich to take some pictures of the event.
Seeing a snowboard video for the first time is something magical, especially in these days of constant insta clips, season edits, etc. Therefore, we’re not gonna give away any of the tricks that were done and any of the spots that were hit. Gian Sutter and Dario Burch welcomed people at the entrance and sold copies of the Escape DVD / zine.
Stories were shared before the movie premiered and Elio and Florian already had the champagne ready.
We’ve seen Elio and Florian riding together a lot. No wonder they formed a team at the beer pong table as well. Judging from Elio’s body language they were doing well.

“We don’t crowd fund, we party.“ Fränzi Ettlin, Martin Lässer and colleagues made sure that there was enough (cheap) booze. We all expected Martin Lässer to have clips in the movie, but seeing Magdalena Monje (second from the right) stepping it up with a shot in the movie was a nice surprise!

These three gentlemen were in charge of the musical entertainment. I’ve never been to a snowboard premiere where there was that much snowboard talent behind the turntables.
